Sam Leisure Tours

Sam Leisure Tours is tucked away at 37 Domlur Layout, right by Shagun Chowk. It’s a lively area with plenty of shops and food stalls around us. We aren't a big travel agency with posters everywhere. Our office is more like a small room where we sit and plan trips for people. There are maps on the walls and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at train and bus schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy figuring out the logistics of how to get from one place to another. Domlur is a good place to be based. Shagun Chowk is a landmark that most people know, so it’s easy to give directions. We don't have a fleet of buses parked outside; we just handle the bookings and the planning part of things. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoon when the sun hits the window, but we have a fan that does the job. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a rhythm to it. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just faster. People drop by to talk about where they want to go next. We just listen and try to put something together that makes sense for them. Sam Leisure Tours is just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of travel folders. It’s a simple way to spend the day, even if the phone never stops ringing.
