Saleem Tours And Travels has been operating out of Chickpet for a long time now. Our office is tucked away at 266 on S C Road, specifically near the 2nd Cross. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people moving about. We are right near Gopinadhan Nataka Mandir, which is a pretty well-known spot for locals. The shop itself is nothing fancy at all. We have a couple of old desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of papers scattered around. Usually, there’s a tea cup sitting somewhere and a fan whirring overhead to keep the heat away. We help people with their travel plans, like booking bus tickets or finding a train route that isn't totally full. It’s mostly local folks from the neighborhood who stop by to ask about prices for trips to their hometowns or for a holiday. We don’t have a website that does everything automatically; we just sit down and look things up on the screen while you wait. The street outside is always noisy with honking and vendors shouting, so it’s never really quiet here. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck at a station somewhere. It’s a simple business run by people who live nearby and know the streets of Chickpet like the back of their hand. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
