Sakthi Physio Therapy Clinic

Sakthi Physio Therapy Clinic is located inside the Golden Woods Apartments in Basava Nagar. It’s in the Thalakaveri Layout area, tucked away a bit on 1st Cross. If you see Neena Beauty Parlour, then you are basically there because we are right behind it. It is a quiet residential pocket compared to the main roads of Bangalore. We started this clinic to help people nearby who have trouble moving or have old injuries that won't go away. The room we use is set up with some mats, a few weights, and basic machines. It feels more like a home than a hospital, which I think makes people feel more relaxed when they are doing their exercises. You can hear the sounds of the apartment complex, like kids playing or people talking in the corridors. There is usually a bit of space to park a scooter outside our entrance. We don't have a big front desk or a uniformed receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us meeting you at the door. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch or lift things properly. Sometimes the sessions get a bit tiring for the patients, but we try to keep the mood light. It’s a small operation, and we like knowing our neighbors in the building. We aren't part of any big chain or corporate group. It is just a simple place where we work on getting people's joints moving again without any fuss or complicated paperwork.
