The shop is tucked away in Banashankari 2nd Stage, specifically on 24th A Cross in Karesandra. It’s near the Sri Matha, which is how most people find us if they’re lost. We’ve been at this address, 2083, for quite a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly houses, but there are a few businesses like ours mixed in. We work out of the ground floor. It’s a bit dark inside, even during the day, so we always have the lights on. We deal with computer systems and fixing hardware. Most of the time, the tables are covered in wires, motherboards, and screwdrivers. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where everything is. My cousin helps me out with the software side of things. We get a lot of locals walking in with laptops that won't turn on or phones with cracked screens. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a counter and some shelves with old parts. The floor is old stone and it stays cool even when it's hot outside. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea. Sometimes we stay open late if a customer is coming from far away. We don't advertise much, just people telling their friends about us. It’s a quiet way to make a living and it keeps us busy enough to pay the bills and keep things running month to month. We like the area and the people who stop by.
