We are located at 14 Kumbalagodu, right in the Charkop area. It is very easy to find because we are quite close to the Canara Bank ATM. This part of town is still growing, and you can see a lot of construction happening every way you turn. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and maps of the local plots. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, actually walking around the land or showing people where the boundaries are. It gets quite dusty when the wind blows across the open ground. We don't wear suits or anything like that because we are usually stepping over piles of bricks or through tall grass. People come by to ask about what is being built or if there is any space left in the nearby layouts. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a fan that works most of the time. It is a quiet operation for the most part, except for when the cement mixers are working nearby. We know the local area very well since we spend all our time here. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of layers. You just come in, sit down, and we talk about what is available. We handle the local paperwork and try to keep things moving along for anyone looking to settle down in this neighborhood. We just do our best to stay organized amidst all the development.
