Our office is tucked away on the first floor of JN Towers. You can find us over in 4 Banashankari 2nd Stage, specifically in the Adarsh Nagar area near Dange Chow. Being right near the BDA Complex makes it easy for folks to spot us, even with all the morning traffic. Sai Sreenidhi Projects Township Promoters is mostly about the daily grind of land development and getting sites ready. There are always blueprints spread out on the tables and someone is usually on the phone talking about land surveys. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government offices, which can be a slow process. People stop by to ask about where the next township is going to be or if we have any updates on their specific plot. It’s not a quiet job. We spend a lot of time walking around dusty fields and then coming back here to wash the dirt off and file reports. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you're inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have been working around the Bangalore area for a while, seeing how the city grows outwards. It’s interesting to see empty land turn into a neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. We don’t have any fancy brochures, just some chairs and our desks for the staff to work at.
