Safe Cabs is located at number 46 on the 4th Cross in Prakashnagar. We are just off the 3rd Main road in Bangalore 21. It’s a busy area with a lot of narrow streets and houses packed together. Our office is a small place where we manage all the taxi bookings and driver schedules. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies; it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of maps. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know us. Managing a cab service in a city like Bangalore is a lot of work. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens. There’s always a driver who’s stuck in traffic or a customer who’s in a hurry. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just try to get cars to people when they need them. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes. Prakashnagar is a good base for us because it’s central to the areas we serve. We don't bother with fancy advertising; word of mouth usually does the trick. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially with the fuel prices and the traffic, but we just keep at it. Our team is a bunch of regular people working hard to keep the wheels turning every single day.
