Our office is located at 14/38/2 in JP Nagar, specifically up on the Bhiwandiwala Terrace. It’s a bit of a climb, but it puts us right near Nagchandra Circle, which is a major landmark in this part of town. We spend our days dealing with travel plans, looking at schedules, and talking to people who want to go somewhere else for a while. The office isn't very large, and it’s often filled with the sound of the phone ringing or the printer going off. Since we are on the terrace, we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice when the weather is sticky. We have some maps pinned to the walls and stacks of old notebooks where we jot down reminders and phone numbers. It’s not a high-tech environment; it’s more about sitting down and figuring out how to get someone from one point to another without too much trouble. Sometimes people just walk in because they were passing the circle and saw our sign. We offer them a plastic chair and see what they need. There is always a lot of traffic noise from the circle below, but inside it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the place to go when they need to figure out a bus or a flight. It’s a simple business run by people who just like to help others get moving.
