Our place is over at 26/34 in Banashankari. It’s a small shop where we deal with computers and all the headaches that come with them. You’ll see a lot of wires and open laptop cases on the benches when you walk in. It looks a bit messy to most people, but we know where everything is. We spend our days troubleshooting software or trying to find why a motherboard stopped working for no reason. We aren't a big tech company with glass walls or suits. We are just a local spot where you can bring your broken screen or a slow computer. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive in the mail, which can be annoying, but we tell people the truth about the wait instead of making excuses. The fans in the computers make a constant humming sound in the background. We’ve been in Banashankari for a while now and most of the locals know they can just drop by. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear whatever is comfortable for crawling under desks to plug things in or moving monitors around. It’s a simple setup. We have a few monitors set up to test things and a shelf full of old cables that might come in handy one day. We just take things as they come and try to get the devices back to their owners in working order. It's a living and we enjoy it.
