S V Tours & Travels

You can find our office at 786/D2 in the 2nd Stage of BTM Layout. It is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always someone passing by our door. We have been running S V Tours & Travels from this location for quite a few years now. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for a few chairs and a desk where we keep the car keys and the logbooks. We don't have any fancy software to manage our bookings; we just use a large diary and write everything down by hand. This way, we always know exactly what is happening without having to worry about technology failing us. We mostly handle airport transfers and local trips for people living in the BTM area. It gets quite hectic during the wedding season or when there are long weekends, but we try to keep up with the demand. My brother and I take turns being in the office so that there is always someone here to answer the phone. We don't spend any money on marketing or brochures because most of our customers are locals who have been using us for a long time. The office has a small window that looks out onto the street, and we spend a lot of time watching the traffic go by. It’s a simple, honest business and we are happy with how things are going.
