You can find S V Homes over at 335 Malleshwaram, inside the S V Complex. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good bit of time now. Malleshwaram is a busy place, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with houses and property stuff mostly. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. People come in to talk about finding a place to live or selling what they have. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend so much time walking them. The complex can get a bit crowded in the afternoons, but we’re usually there. We don't write big speeches about what we do. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we’re out at a site, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we’re always back. It’s a local business through and through. We understand how things work in this part of the city. We’ve seen families grow and move around the area. It’s just about helping folks find a spot that fits their life. We keep it simple and don't make things more complicated than they need to be.
