Our space is up on the 3rd floor at 599 HSR Layout. It’s a bit of a climb since the door isn't always held open, but it’s a good spot once you get up there. Trees and the busy street below can be seen from the window. This isn't a big corporate office with a reception desk. It’s just where the work happens and the files are kept. HSR Layout has been our home for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new shops. Most of the day is spent on the computers or talking on the phone with clients. Things get a bit quiet during the middle of the day, which is nice for getting tasks done. A small kettle for making coffee sits near a few desks pushed together. It’s not very fancy, and papers are usually piled up on the corner of my desk waiting to be filed. No big sign is outside, so most people just look for the building number when they visit. Various tasks and projects that come our way are what we handle. Sometimes things get a bit overwhelming when everything happens at once, but we manage to get through it. My friend stops by sometimes to help when things get messy. A practical place to be productive is all we need. Modern office stuff isn't for us. Having a place to work is enough.
