We are over at 41579 Mathikere 1st Main Road, inside the Balaji Arcade. It is very close to the LIC office, so we are easy to find if you are in the area. Our office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at maps. People come to us when they need a car for a wedding or a trip to the temple. We have a few drivers who have been with us for a long time. They know the roads well and don't complain about the long hours. We don’t have a fancy booking system, just a diary where we write down the dates and times. Sometimes a car gets a flat tire or the traffic is so bad that we have to call the customer and explain the delay. We try to be honest about how long things take. Mathikere is a busy spot and we see a lot of students and office workers passing by. We keep a pot of tea ready for the drivers when they come back from a trip. It’s a simple business of getting people from point A to point B. We don’t have shiny brochures, just a list of rates typed out and stuck to the wall. We just want to make sure the vehicles are clean and the fuel tank is full.
