We are located at 492/3A on Mes Road in Jalahalli. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always the sound of motorcycles and buses passing by our front door. Our shop is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes of cables, phones, and other equipment piled up. We’ve been in Jalahalli for a long time now, so most of the local residents know who we are. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of sales people. It’s just a few of us here doing the work every day. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we usually keep the door propped open to get some air. We spend our time fixing connections and helping people with their communication setups. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense. Sometimes we have to go out on calls to set things up at other locations. We don't have a fancy website or a mission statement. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be fixed, and get to it. It can be a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we manage. We like being part of the street and seeing the same people go by every day. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in the neighborhood. We are here most days.
