S S Computer Solutions

Our shop is on the first floor at 35/1 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, Bagalagunte. We are right on the Hesaragatta Main Road, so it is easy to spot us if you are driving by. S S Computer Solutions is basically a small workshop where we fix laptops and desktops that aren't working right. I started this place because I liked taking things apart to see how they worked. Now, I spend most of my day looking at circuit boards and trying to remove viruses from people's machines. It is often a bit messy with cables and screws all over the workbench, but I know where everything is. People bring in computers that won't turn on or have cracked screens. I give them a look and tell them if it’s worth fixing or if they should just get a new one. I don’t use a lot of big technical words when I talk to my customers because most people just want their computer to work again. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though sometimes my cousin helps out when there are too many repairs backed up. Hesaragatta Main Road is always noisy, but up here on the first floor, it’s a bit quieter so I can concentrate. I’ve been here for a few years and most of the locals know they can just drop by with their tech problems. It is simple work but I enjoy the puzzle of it most days.
