S N Naidu Adv is based at 171 Basavanagudi on J N Road. Our office is up on the 2nd floor of the building. Basavanagudi is an old and established part of the city, and J N Road has its own character with many trees and older buildings. The office is a quiet place where we deal with legal papers and meet with people who need advice. We have lots of old wooden shelves that are packed with files and law journals from over the years. It’s not a modern, glass-walled office like you see in the new parts of town. It feels more like a lived-in study. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, but they lead to a calm space away from the street noise. We can see the tops of the trees from our windows. People usually find us by looking for the number 171 on J N Road. We have been here for quite some time, and the building has a bit of history to it. There’s no fancy lobby or a person at a front desk to greet you. You just come up and find us working at our desks. We spend a lot of time reading and writing. It’s a straightforward legal practice without any frills. We like being in Basavanagudi because it has a peaceful feeling compared to the rest of the city. We just keep doing our work every day from this same spot. Most of our day is spent quietly reviewing documents while listening to the birds in the trees outside.
