S M Travels & Holidays is located on the 2nd Floor in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically near Jagdish Park. Having a travel and holiday office in the middle of an industrial zone might seem a bit strange, but it works for the local residents. We spend our time helping people plan their trips, whether it's a bus ride to their hometown or a small vacation somewhere. Since the office is on the second floor, you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach us. It’s a simple space with a few desks and some posters of different places on the walls. It's just us sitting here and making bookings without any big corporate team behind us. Checking train schedules and bus timings on the computer takes up most of our day. Internet issues can be frustrating when a customer is waiting, but we manage. Knowing the neighborhood well comes from being here for a few years now. Advice on the best routes or holiday prices is what people usually stop by to ask for. Big words or marketing tricks aren't part of how we talk to people. Telling people what is available and helping them book it is a straightforward job. Talking to the different people who come in every day is just part of the day for us. Extra chairs are kept ready for when it gets busy.
