We operate from 36/9 Banswadi Road, right on Rajamata Jijabai Road. It’s a spot that stays pretty active throughout the day. S M S Tours Andtravels is basically just us helping people figure out how to get from point A to point B. We spend a lot of time on the phone booking cars or vans and talking to drivers about where they need to go next. The office is small and usually has a few maps or calendars pinned to the walls. We get a lot of local people coming in asking about trips or how much it would cost to hire a vehicle for a wedding or a weekend away. Banswadi is a good area, but the roads can be a bit bumpy around here. We’ve gotten used to the local pace. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when everyone wants a car at the same time, but we do what we can to sort it out. We aren't doing anything fancy, just trying to make sure the vehicles are clean and the drivers know the routes. It’s a lot of everyday hustle. We know the regulars who live around Rajamata Jijabai Road and we see them passing by every day. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep the wheels turning, literally. Some days are slower than others, but there's always something to do to stay busy.
