S M R Homes

Our place is at 306 HSR Layout on the 5th Cross. We are right there on the 100 Feet Ring Road, Phase IV, up on the 1st Floor. It’s a very loud area because of the Ring Road traffic, but it makes it very easy for people to find us. S M R Homes is where we talk to folks about where they want to live. We have some photos on the walls and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not a corporate office with people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable and keep the door open to let some air in, though the dust from the road can be a problem. We’ve seen HSR Layout change so much over the years. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at different plots and houses. Back at the office, we mostly just try to keep the paperwork organized. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people who are nervous about buying a home. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. We just tell them what we know about the different areas. Sometimes the stairs to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people trying to help other people find a place to stay. It’s steady work and we enjoy the people we meet. We don't have a big marketing department, just a board outside that people see when they drive past.
