We are located at 98/101 in the R V Complex, which is part of the Shri Shramik society in Kalasipalyam. If you’ve ever been to Kalasipalyam, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. There are buses everywhere and people carrying bags at all hours. Our office is right in the middle of that chaos. We focus on travel bookings and helping people get from one place to another. It’s a small space, and we usually have a lot of walk-in customers asking about ticket prices to different towns. The complex itself is quite old and has a lot of other small businesses. We’ve got a couple of desks and a phone that never stops ringing. Dealing with travel means things are always changing, so we have to stay on top of the bus schedules. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just have the basics to get the job done. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the mornings when the early buses are leaving. We’ve got a few calendars on the wall and a lot of logbooks. It’s a practical environment. People come to us because they know where we are and we’ve been here for years. We just handle the tickets and try to keep things moving. The Shri Shramik society has been here for ages, and it shows in the walls and the narrow hallways of the complex, but we like it that way.
