S M A Tours And Travels is located inside the Masjid-E-Noor Complex in the 2nd Block of Koramangala. It is right across from the SBM Bank and not far from the Ayyappa Temple, so it is a very busy corner of Madivala. There is always a lot of activity around here with people going to the mosque or the temple, and the traffic on the main road never really stops. We are at No.21/10, and you can usually see a few of our drivers standing around chatting near the entrance while they wait for their next trip. The complex itself is older, and our office is just a simple room where we keep track of the bookings. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big posters. Mostly, people just call us or walk in because they are already in the area for banking or shopping. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer journeys too. Sometimes we have to juggle the schedule when the traffic gets really bad near the junction, which happens a lot. We just do our best to stay on top of things and make sure everyone gets a ride when they need one. It is a plain, hardworking shop that serves the local community.
