You can find us at 1 Banneraghatta Road in Ramaswamy palaya, which is situated near Namasthe Garments. S L N Travels has been operating out of this small office for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening right outside our front door. Inside, it’s mostly just a collection of desks, old telephones, and some faded calendars pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, coordinating different routes and checking on the vehicle schedules for the day. It can get a bit frantic in here when there’s a lot of traffic or a sudden vehicle delay, but we’ve learned to take it all in stride over the years. We aren't a big corporate travel firm with fancy branding; we’re just a local business trying to help people get where they need to go. There’s usually a pot of tea sitting on one of the desks and a stack of dog-eared logbooks that we use to keep track of every trip we organize. The furniture has definitely seen better days, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but the space works for us. We know the regular commuters and the drivers pretty well by their first names. It’s the kind of place where people just drop in to ask about a bus or a car booking. We don't have any fancy automated software; it’s mostly manual work and a lot of talking to people throughout the day.
