Our shop is at 126 Kalasipalyam. If you know Bangalore, you know Kalasipalyam is the heart of the private bus industry. It’s a very busy, dusty, and noisy place to be. We’ve been here for a long time, right in the thick of it. Our work mainly involves booking tickets and organizing travel for people heading out to different parts of the state. The office is usually filled with the sound of the street and people asking about bus timings. We don't have time for fancy decorations or marketing slogans. We just sit at the counter and help whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual entry and keeping track of seat availability. Sometimes it feels like the whole city is moving through Kalasipalyam. We handle the paperwork, take the cash, and hand over the tickets. It’s straightforward and practical. We know the other travel agents around here and how the system works. It can be a bit chaotic during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go home at the same time. We just try to keep our heads down and get through the bookings one by one. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local travel office trying to keep the schedules moving. The fans are always on, and there’s always a stack of registers on the desk. It’s just how we run things here at our 126 address. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the daily work.
