S J R Digital Studio

I spend most of my day at S J R Digital Studio. We are located on the first floor of building 419/A. If you know the Thalaghattapura area on Kanakapura Road, you know it’s always moving with traffic and people. Being near the bus stop means there is a lot of noise and people rushing around outside all day. It’s a good spot though, even with the chaos. I usually get in and start by dusting off the counters and checking the cameras to make sure everything is ready. Running a digital studio involves a lot of small tasks that people don't always see from the outside. It’s about getting the lighting right for a quick photo or making sure the digital files are saved properly so nothing gets lost in the computer. The first floor gets a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice when it’s hot in Bangalore. I’ve lived around here for a while, so I’ve seen how Kanakapura Road has changed over the years. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are students from nearby, others are just passing through from the bus stop and need something done quickly. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a big team or a lot of complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and help whoever walks up the stairs. The space is functional. We have our desks, the backdrops, and the printing equipment all set up. It’s a regular routine.
