Goodwill Enterprises

Goodwill Enterprises is located on the first floor of number 7/1, right in Subhan Saheb Lane near the SJP Road cross. If you know this area, you know how tight the lanes are and how many people are always moving through. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. Our office is up a narrow flight of stairs, and it’s filled with stock and paperwork. We handle a variety of items, mostly trading and supplying things that people in the market need. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new shipments in, but we’ve learned how to stack things to make space. The light in the office isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing. It’s a very local way of doing business, where we know most of our customers by their first names. We don’t use any fancy software or big management systems. We just write things down and keep our ledgers updated. The noise from SJP Road comes right through the windows, but it’s just the sound of the city to us. We drink a lot of coffee from the nearby stall and keep the doors open for a bit of air. It’s a simple operation where we just try to be reliable and get our work done before the market closes for the evening. We aren't big, but we've been around long enough to know the ropes here in this market.
