We’ve been at Plot No. V-12 in the industrial estate out here on the Mysore Highway for a while now. Most days are pretty much the same, dealing with power systems and making sure things run like they should for our customers. It’s busy in Kumbalgodu, lots of traffic and trucks moving in and out of the estate all morning. We handle the technical side of things, putting together components and checking the wiring. The workshop gets a bit noisy sometimes, especially when we have several projects going at once. It’s not a fancy place, just a practical setup where we can get the work done without much fuss. We started small and just kept at it, learning how to fix things better as we went along. The guys here know their way around a circuit board. If you are driving down the highway, you might see our sign near the gate. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or looking at diagrams. It’s hard work, and the weather gets hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We don't spend a lot of time on flashy stuff; we just focus on the equipment. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bigger disaster than a power failure for some of us. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the tools and parts lying around the floor.
