This is Insolare Energy Pvt. Ltd. and our office is located right on Itpl Road Aecs Layout. We spend a lot of time thinking about the sun and how to get power from it. Most of our days are spent looking at roofs and talking about wiring. It’s a technical field but we try to explain things simply to anyone who asks. The office gets busy around midday. We have a lot of tools and equipment lying around the back. Itpl Road can get pretty backed up with traffic, so we try to head out early for site visits. We deal with solar panels and all the bits that go with them like inverters and batteries. It’s not just about the hardware though, it’s about making sure it actually works once it’s installed. Sometimes parts get delayed or the weather doesn't cooperate for an install, which can be frustrating. We just do our best to stay on schedule. We are a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working on green energy projects. We drink a lot of tea while looking over blueprints. It’s practical work. We’re just here on Itpl Road trying to get more people set up with solar power. It isn't always easy to convince people to change how they get electricity but we keep showing up and doing the installs anyway.
