We operate out of the Askewers area near Kuneanahalli Gate. It is a bit out of the main city, which works for us because of the space we need for our equipment. We work with energy, specifically the solar kind. There is a lot of gear around the site. We are not sitting in a fancy office block with glass walls and carpets. It is more of a practical setup where we handle the panels and the technical stuff that goes with them. The sun gets pretty hot out here, which I guess is good for the business we are in. We have a small team. Everyone knows what they have to do when they show up in the morning. We do not spend a lot of time on meetings. Mostly, we are checking the gear or talking to people about where to put the installations. The road to the gate can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We have been here for a while now. It is a quiet spot compared to the center of town. We deal with the day-to-day tasks of keeping everything running for the people who use our systems. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of wiring and heavy lifting involved in the yard. We just get on with it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that is just how it is when you work outside most of the time. We do not have a big marketing department. People find out about us through the work we do. We just keep our heads down and work.
