S I T C Tours & Travels

We operate S I T C Tours & Travels from our office at Banaswadi 210. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We have some computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of notebooks. People from around Banaswadi usually just drop in when they want to plan a trip. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We spend a lot of time checking bus timings and looking for flight deals. It can be a bit tedious, but someone has to do it. We aren't a huge company with offices everywhere. It’s just us in this one spot. We’ve learned over the years that people just want the facts. They want to know how much it costs and when they leave. So that’s what we give them. We don't try to sell them things they don't need. If the traffic on the road is bad, we might be a little late opening up, but we stay late to make up for it. The office is full of old travel guides and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s a real workplace. We handle everything from small local trips to longer journeys across the country. We just do our best to make sure the tickets are booked and the itinerary makes sense. It’s how we’ve always done it. We are just here doing our job every day.
