S G R Estates is located at 59 Banashankari, right in the middle of Mangal Bazar. If you know the bazaar, you know how hectic it gets on market days. Our office is right there in the thick of it. We deal with properties and land around this side of town. It’s a small place, mostly just a desk and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. I’ve lived in Banashankari my whole life, so I know the streets pretty well. People come to us because they want to find something nearby without going through a big agency. We don't do much marketing or have big posters. Most people just see the name on the door while they are out shopping for vegetables or clothes. It’s a very local operation. Sometimes we sit outside and have tea while waiting for clients. The bazaar is always loud, but you get used to the shouting and the smells after a few days. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. If you are looking for a place or want to sell something, you just drop by when you're at the market. We are usually there from ten in the morning until the sun goes down. It’s just a normal office for normal people looking for a house or plot.
