You can find us over at S G L Tours & Travels in the Swiss Complex. We’re tucked away in G-10 on Race Course Road, which is a pretty busy part of the city. Richmond Road is just a stone's throw away, so there’s always cars and people moving about. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve got desks, a couple of computers, and lots of folders from all the trips we’ve put together over the years. It’s mostly just the sound of the phone ringing and the hum of the AC in here. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules to make sure everything lines up for the people who book with us. It’s not all glamorous like people think travel is. There’s a lot of waiting on hold and double-checking dates. We’ve been in this building for a good while, and we know the security guards and the other folks in the complex quite well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time, but we just take it one booking at a time. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements. People usually just hear about us from someone else or see the sign when they're passing through Swiss Complex. We just stay here and keep the wheels turning every day.
