Sardar Patrappa Road is always a bit of a squeeze with all the people and the shops tucked away. We are up on the 1st floor at 31/1. S G Infotech has been in this spot for a while now. You have to walk up the stairs which are sometimes a bit narrow but it is okay once you get inside. Computers and parts are everywhere you look. It is a bit messy because there are always cables and boards lying around on the desks. I spend most of the afternoon looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't doing what it should. The 1st floor location at 31/1 means we are slightly away from the direct noise of the street but you can still hear the honking. This is a practical kind of place. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception area. It is just a workspace with plenty of tools and spare parts in the drawers. People find us because they know this part of Sardar Patrappa Road well. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and then it's time to get into the technical stuff. It can be long hours sometimes especially when a job takes longer than we thought. But that is just how it goes with technology. We just keep working through the pile on the desk and hope for the best with each repair. It’s what we do here.
