S B A Systems & Services is tucked away at 213 Subramanya Nagar. We spend most of our mornings opening up the shutters and seeing what the day brings in terms of repairs and technical requests. It’s not a very fancy setup, but the space works for what we do. People in the neighborhood usually drop by when their equipment starts acting up or if they need some specific service done. The work can be quite repetitive, honestly. We spend hours looking at components or managing service calls that come through. It gets a bit crowded in here when too many machines are waiting for parts, but that's just how a small shop operates. Most days involve a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why something stopped working. Subramanya Nagar is a decent area to work in because it's mostly residential, so things stay relatively quiet until the afternoon rush. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the workbench and keeping things organized as much as possible. Sometimes a customer will stay and chat while we look at their stuff. We try to keep things simple and get the work finished so people can go back to their routines. It is a lot of manual checking and testing, and sometimes the spare parts take a while to arrive, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We’ve had this same workbench for years and it’s seen a lot of different devices come and go.
