S A Gift Centre

S A Gift Centre is located on the ground floor of the V Selvam Building at 730 Hosur Road. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and buses going by, so there’s always a bit of a rumble in the floorboards. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with as many gift items as possible. We have clocks, photo frames, and some toys for the kids. The shelves are made of simple wood and sometimes they look a bit bowed under the weight of the ceramic vases. I spend most of my day rearranging things to make room for new arrivals. We get deliveries once a week, usually on Tuesdays, and that is when the shop is the messiest with boxes everywhere. My nephew comes over on the weekends to help me clean and organize. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where you can find a birthday present without having to go to a big mall. People stop in on their way home from work because we are right there on the main road. The front door sticks a little when it's humid, so you have to give it a good push. We like the neighborhood and the people here are friendly enough. It's just a simple business keeping us busy day in and day out.
