R.V.Media Pvt. Ltd is situated on the ground floor at number 429, over in the BDA Layout of Bsk 3rd Stage. This part of Avalhalli in Bangalore is where we’ve set up shop. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us, though the 9th Main can get pretty congested during peak hours. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of paper everywhere you look. We aren’t one of those big tech startups with beanbags and free snacks. We’re just a group of people working on media projects and trying to stay organized. Bangalore is a fast-moving city, but we try to keep a steady pace here. We have a small crew, and most of us have been together for years. We handle all the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from answering the phones to fixing the printer when it jams. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy the routine. Sometimes we stay late to finish something up, but usually, we’re out the door once the sun goes down. We know the area well, including where to get the best coffee nearby. It’s a simple, practical setup that works for us. We don’t need anything more than that to get the job done right and keep things moving. We just take it day by day and do what's required.
