Ruwais Machine Tools

Ruwais Machine Tools is located at 123/1 on M E S Road in Jalahalli. We have a shop that is pretty much filled from floor to ceiling with different types of machine tools. Jalahalli is a busy area, and being on M E S Road means there is a lot of noise from the buses and trucks going past. We’ve been here for quite a while now and have become a bit of a fixture on the street. Our shop isn't very organized in the way a big store might be, but we have a system that works for us. If someone needs a specific bit or a tool, we can usually find it after a bit of searching. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes we spend a lot of time just talking to the regular customers who stop by for a chat. We have an old desk where we keep the ledger and some catalogs. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we get a new shipment in. We don't do any online orders; it’s all face-to-face here. It is a simple business and we like the routine of it. We just keep the stock replenished and help people find what they need for their own projects without any fuss.
