My place is over in Mahalaxmi Puram, specifically at 660 on the 10th Cross. It is in the West of Chord Road 2nd Stage area. It is a nice enough part of town, mostly residential but with plenty of small businesses tucked away. I have been working from this address for quite a while. The office is just a part of the building where I keep my things and meet people. It is not a corporate setup with a receptionist or anything. Usually, it is just me handling the daily chores. The 10th Cross is relatively quiet compared to the main Chord Road, which is a relief. I spend a lot of time on local matters. People from the neighborhood often drop by for a quick chat or to ask for advice on something. I have seen the area develop over the years. My desk is usually covered in notes and old files that I have not gotten around to clearing out yet. I just focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. It is a practical way to live. I do not spend money on fancy signs or marketing. People find me when they need me. The walk from the main road isn't too long, so it is a convenient spot. I've lived and worked around here long enough to know many of the faces. It is a good community to be a part of. I am generally around most weekdays if anyone needs to find me.
