We operate out of Fraser Town in Bangalore, at 40/B on the ground floor of Lazar Layout. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or stairs every time we need to step out or bring something into the office. Rsp Design Consultants has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve grown to like the vibe of Fraser Town. It’s got a bit more character than some of the newer parts of the city. Inside the office, things are laid out pretty simply. We have our workspaces set up for design tasks, and since we are on the ground floor, we can see the street activity through the windows. It keeps us connected to what’s happening in the layout. Our work day is mostly filled with looking at designs, talking to clients, and trying to figure out the best way to handle different projects. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project take shape from start to finish. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations; it’s mostly just plans and sketches pinned up on the walls. We keep it practical and honest. If someone stops by, they’ll see us working away at our desks, probably with some coffee nearby. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to do a decent job every day without making a big fuss about it.
