R.S Live Media India Pvt Ltd is based at No.89, 2nd Main in Sampige Layout. It’s a part of Prashanthnagar West in Bangalore. We deal with live media, which basically means we handle things like outdoor screens and live broadcasts. Our office is in a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in a big downtown skyscraper. We like it that way. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the work itself can be pretty intense. When you have a live feed or a big screen that needs to stay on, you can't really afford to have things go wrong. We have a team that keeps an eye on all our locations across the city. Most of the time, we’re just here at our desks checking monitors and talking to technicians who are out in the field. There’s always someone coming in or out with tools or spare parts. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen how the technology has moved from old-school boards to the digital stuff we use now. It’s just a normal office with a lot of screens and a few tired-looking sofas. We don't spend money on fancy marketing; we just focus on making sure the media keeps running like it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking, but that’s just how the job goes for us here in Bangalore.
