We are based out of a house in Perambra, which is in the Thrissur district of Kerala. It is the Sija Jose Thekkan House, so it is a very local, family-oriented environment. We handle things for Air Sahara as a General Sales Agent. It isn't a high-rise office in a city center. Instead, we work from this quiet spot where the pace is a bit slower. We spend a lot of time on the phone or handling travel-related paperwork. Since we are in a residential area, you might hear the usual neighborhood sounds while we work. We have been doing this for a while now, helping people figure out their travel plans. It is mostly about managing bookings and making sure the details are right. We do not have a big team, just a few people who know the business well. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the weather here in Kerala, especially when it rains hard during the monsoon. We just take things as they come. Our desk is usually covered in flight schedules and handwritten notes. It is a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff. People from the nearby villages often come by to ask questions in person. We do not have a lobby or a receptionist. You just come to the house and we talk. It is a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We are just trying to keep the service going steadily from our corner.
