We operate out of Kripa Residency, which is just off Bannerghatta Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always under construction or there’s some new project starting up. We handle the technical side of contracting. It’s a lot of site visits and looking at blueprints. Our office is more of a base where we store tools and meet up before heading out to various jobs across Bangalore. It’s dusty work most of the time. We aren't the type to wear suits; usually, it's just work boots and jeans. We deal with electrical stuff, plumbing, and general maintenance for buildings. Sometimes things go wrong on a job and we have to stay late to fix it, but that's just the nature of the trade. The office at Kripa Residency is where the admin side happens, though we'd rather be out on the field. It’s a small group of us. We’ve known each other for a long time, so we work well together without needing much talk. We just get the task list and get to it. You might see our trucks parked outside early in the morning. We try to keep things simple. If a pipe leaks or a circuit breaks, we go and handle it. That's the whole story, really. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We spend a lot of time on the road between sites. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
