Routes Travels

We’ve got our office at 78 Brigade Road, specifically on Wood Street. It’s a busy, lively part of the city to be in, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Routes Travels has been around for a good bit, helping people figure out their trips and sort through all the details of traveling. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small group working out of this space. The office is filled with maps, brochures, and plenty of notes from different bookings we’re handling. Brigade Road is famous for being crowded, but Wood Street is a little tucked away, which gives us a bit of a breather from the main rush. People come in with all sorts of questions about flights or hotels, and we do our best to find answers that work for them. It’s not always easy with how much things change in the travel world, but we just take it one day at a time. We don’t use any fancy scripts or sales pitches; we just talk to people like regular folks and try to help them get where they need to go. The phone rings a lot, and there’s usually someone sitting at a desk typing away. It’s a simple, functional place where we focus on the practical side of planning a journey. We like the energy of this neighborhood and the variety of people who walk in every single day.
