We are tucked away in S Garden, just off the main BG Road in Bangalore South. Our place is on 3rd Cross, building number 3/9. If you know this part of town, you know it’s a mix of homes and small businesses all jumbled together. That’s exactly how we like it. Roopan Software Solutions is a small operation, an OPC to be exact. We don't have a massive floor of workers or a dedicated cafeteria. It’s mostly just a few of us in a room with our laptops and a lot of wires. We spend our days figuring out software issues and building things from scratch. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just got the basics—good internet, decent chairs, and a water cooler that we always forget to refill. We’re not here to pitch ourselves as the next big thing. We just like solving problems and doing a good job for the people who hire us. Being near BG Road means there’s always something going on outside, but once you step into our 3rd cross office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing. We keep it real and focus on the tasks at hand. It's a modest setup but it serves us well enough for what we do. We don't need much more than a quiet spot to think.
