We set up shop here at Jeevan Bhima Nagar Old Grain Market a while back. It's a busy spot in Doraha, specifically units 101 and 102-1307. Most days it’s just us working through computer problems or software stuff. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular space where things get done. People usually find us when their systems act up or they need some technical help they can't handle alone. It gets pretty loud outside with the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. Ronanki Infotechs isn't a massive chain or anything like that. We are just local guys who know their way around a motherboard and a server rack. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we manage to get through the work. If you walk past the old grain market buildings, you'll see our sign. We keep things pretty straightforward. There's no script when we answer the phone. We just try to figure out what’s broken and see if we can fix it. It’s been a few years now at this address. The desk is usually a mess of cables and old parts. We don't spend much on decorating because we’re mostly focused on the screens. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with whoever walks in or calls from around the neighborhood. Doraha is a small enough place that people talk, so we try to be helpful and honest about what we can do.
