You can find us at 108 4th Cross in Naggappa Block. This is our Bangalore location for Rolta India Ltd. It’s a fairly quiet residential-turning-commercial area, which we like. We are in a building that’s been here for a while, so it has a bit of character. It’s got that typical Bangalore feel with some trees nearby and narrow streets where you have to watch for scooters. We mostly work on specialized software and data services for different clients. Our team sits in a simple open-plan office. There’s no big reception desk or fancy fountains in the lobby. It’s just desks, chairs, and our computers. We spend our days looking at complex sets of information. People usually come in early to beat the Bangalore traffic, which is a constant topic of conversation during our tea breaks. We have a small pantry where the coffee machine is always busy. The work is technical and sometimes a bit dry, but we take it seriously and do it right. We aren't trying to be the most stylish office in the city. We just want a place that works for the team. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the windows. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a good stretch. We know each other's routines. If you’re visiting, you might have to look twice for the building number, but we’re there. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
