Roit Solutions Private Limited

We are based out of Mantri Tranquil in Gubalala. It's a nice enough area off Kanakpura Road. We use unit B-201. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. Bangalore South is quieter than the central parts of the city. We do our solutions work here. Sometimes the security at the gate asks too many questions about who is coming in. We just tell them we're going to work. It’s a small group of us. We share the space. We have snacks in the kitchen and sometimes we cook a bit too. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts for everyone. We focus on getting the work done for the people who need it. It’s been a bit of a journey setting this up. We chose this spot because it's peaceful. You can actually hear the birds sometimes instead of just car horns and construction noise. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and notes. It’s not a showroom. It’s where we actually spend our hours grinding away at our tasks. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy bios for us. It’s just us. We deal with the daily tech stuff and try to keep our heads down. Kanakpura road is getting busier every day but once we’re inside the gates, it’s pretty calm.
