Robert Bosch India

Our place is located at 253, 9th Main in Srinivasnagar, which is part of Banashankari 1st Stage here in Bangalore. It is a nice enough part of the 560050 area, though finding a parking spot on this street can be a real nightmare if you don't get here early. Robert Bosch India is the name we go by, but it’s really just a group of us sitting in an office trying to stay on top of our workload. We aren't big on corporate culture or those team-building exercises you hear about. We prefer to just do our jobs and then go home. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with mismatched chairs and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. It’s not a place for showing off. We deal with the usual daily stresses, like when the printer jams right when you need it or when the internet gets slow during a big meeting. We just deal with it and move on. Most of us have been working in this neighborhood for a while, so we know the local tea shop owners and where to get a quick lunch. It is a simple life, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just focus on getting our assignments finished on time and keeping the office running.
