Roam Space Travel Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated on Banneraghatta Road in Rustampura, at 39/40. The name sounds a bit long, but we’re actually a pretty small operation. We’ve been at 39/40 for a while. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the traffic. Inside, it’s just us at our desks, usually with a lot of papers and some coffee cups. We handle all kinds of travel bookings. It’s not anything fancy, just a lot of checking dates and prices on the computer. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit if they’re waiting for us to print something out. We try to be careful with the details because we know how annoying it is when something goes wrong with a ticket. Rustampura is a good spot for us, and we’re used to the daily rhythm of the place. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some work, but that’s just how it goes. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are just people from around Banneraghatta Road who walk in. We aren't looking to be a huge company. We just want to keep things running smoothly and help people get their trips sorted out without a lot of fuss. It’s just a regular job for us, and we try to do it as well as we can every day. We just stay focused on the work.
