Rmz Constructions

We are located in the Chinnapa Building over in Chinnapa Layout. It’s a local construction setup here in Bangalore. We don't have a huge office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we keep our plans and meet with the crews. There’s usually a bit of dust around because that’s just the nature of the business we are in. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork and the planning. Chinnapa Layout is a familiar area for us, and we’ve been working out of this building for quite a bit. It’s a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how the projects are going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just focus on getting the buildings up correctly. Most of the guys have been in construction for years, so we know what we are doing. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather and the traffic. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. If you come by, you’ll probably find us busy with something or other. That's just how it is at RMZ in Chinnapa Layout. We have some old trucks that we use for moving materials, and they need a lot of maintenance. Our office in the Chinnapa Building is where we keep all the tools and the extra supplies. It's not very organized, but we know where everything is. We just build things.
