So, we are Rms Technologies Pvt Ltd, located right here on 3rd Main over in Padmanabhanagar. It’s a busy spot on T. Thimmaiah Road, and honestly, the traffic can get a bit much during the morning rush, but we’ve been at 242 for a while now. Most days just start with someone unlocking the front door and making sure the fans are working because Bangalore weather is getting weirder these days. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get our work done. We see the same people walking to the park every day while we’re sorting through emails or talking to clients. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the only thing keeping us going in the afternoons. It’s a local operation, and we don’t really go for all that corporate talk. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a lot of talk about local news or where to get the best dosa around the corner. We’ve got a small team, and we know each other pretty well. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few bikes parked out front and someone arguing about whether it’s going to rain or not. That’s just how it is here. We like being in this part of Bangalore. It feels like a real neighborhood, not just a bunch of offices.
